20대 총선 관련 각종 여론조사에서 한자릿수 지지율에 그친 충북 지역 군소후보들이 방송토론회를 통해 반전의 기회를 엿보고 있다.이들은 그동안 새누리당과 더불어민주당 후보에 가려 주목받지 못했지만 방송토론회를 통해 유권자에게 확실한 눈도장을 찍겠다는 심산이다.5일 충북도선거관리위원회에 따르면 지난 1일부터 오는 7일 도내 8개 선거구별로 한 차례씩 총선 후보자 법정 방송토론회를 하고 있다.방송토론회는 후보들이 공평하게 주어진 조건에서 오로지 자신의 입심과 논리로 정책·공약 대결을 펼칠 수 있는 장이다.상대적으로 조직력이 약한 군소정당이나 무소속 후보들에게는 생방송을 통해 유권자에게 존재감을 드러낼 수 있는 절호의 기회인 셈이다.하지만 이런 기회가 모든 후보에게 주어지는 것은 아니다. "재외공관, 억울하게 수감된 재외국민 '나몰라라' 방치"
재외공관이 억울하게 외국 교도소에 수감된 재외국민에 대해 '나몰라라' 방치하는 등 재외국민에 대한 관리에 심각한 허점이 있는 것으로 드러났다.또 해외에서 재외국민을 상대로 발생한 강력범죄 가운데 재외공관이 정확한 수사 진행 상황을 파악하고 있는 사건이 절반도 되지 않았다.감사원은 5일 이 같은 내용을 담고 있는 재외국민보호 등 영사업무 운영실태에 대한 감사 결과를 공개했다.감사원에 따르면 재외국민 A씨는 지난 2013년 10월 태국에서 마약소지 등의 혐의로 현지 경찰에 체포돼 방콕에 있는 마약교도소에 수감됐다. 독립군 총사령관 홍범도 장군, 해군 잠수함으로 부활
