광주지법 형사4단독 강규태 판사는 초등학교 여학생에게 야동(야한 동영상)을 보여준 협의(아동복지법위반)로 불구속 기소된 A(61)씨에게 징역 6개월에 집행유예 2년을 선고했다고 7일 밝혔다.또 사회봉사 120시간, 성폭력치료강의 수강 40시간을 명령했다.강 판사는 "피고인은 11세에 불과한 피해자에게 성적 수치심을 주는 성희롱을 하는 등 학대행위를 하고도, 보고 있던 야동을 피해자가 뒷좌석에서 스스로 본 것일 뿐이라고 변명하는 등 죄질이 불량하다"며 "다만 피고인에게 동종 전과가 없고 피해자에게 물리적인 성적 학대행위를 하지 않은 점 등을 참작했다"고 설명했다.전남 완도 모 초등학교 통학버스 운전기사인 A씨는 지난해 5월 통학버스에서 이 학교에 재학 중인 B(당시 11세)양에게 성적인 농담을 하고 자신의 휴대전화에 저장된 야동을 보여준 혐의로 기소됐다. 세계최초 ‘안면이식’ 수술자, 끝내 사망해
세계 최초 안면이식에 성공해 화제가 됐던 이자벨 디누아르가 지난 4월 22일, 49세의 나이로 사망했다고 프랑스 매체 르 피가로 등이 6일(현지시각) 뒤늦게 보도했다. 그의 사망 소식은 2005년 디누아르의 안면 이식 수술을 집도했던 프랑스 아미앙 병원에 의해 언론에 전해졌다. (유튜브) 보도에 따르면 디누아르가 지난 겨울 이식수술 거부반응으로 입술 일부 통제를 잃었으며 그에 따른 각종 시술 끝에 합병증으로 암을 얻었다고 보도했다. 디누아르는 병세가 악화되어 수술 후 11년만에 결국 사망한 것으로 알려졌다. 디누아르 사망 당시 그녀의 친족은 “가슴 아픈 시기이니 미디어 보도를 피하고 싶다”고 요청했다고 한다. Shipbuilders' order backlog hits 12-year low
