성매매 외국인여성 여권 빼앗고 달아나면 GPS로 추적 붙잡아
외국에 있는 브로커에게 선불금을 주고 외국인 여성들을 입국시켜 성매매를 알선한 조폭이 낀 성매매 조직이 경찰에 붙잡혔다. 이들은 외국인 성매매 여성이 달아나는 것을 막으려고 여권을 빼앗았고, 달아나면 위치를 추적해 붙잡아 다른 성매매업자에게 몸값을 받고 넘기기도 했다. 부산경찰청 광역수사대는 외국인 여성을 상대로 성매매를 알선해 부당이득을 챙긴 혐의(성매매 알선 등 처벌법 위반 등)로 조직폭력배 강모(44)씨 등 성매매업자 3 명과 김모(35)씨 등 입국 브로커 2명을 구속했다고 30일 밝혔다. 싱가포르서 지카 감염자 15명 추가…확진자 56명으로 늘어
최근 지카 바이러스 감염자가 무더기로 나온 싱가포르에서 또다시 10여 명의 확진자가 추가로 확인됐다.싱가포르 보건부와 환경청은 중남부 알주니드(Aljunied)와 심스 드라이브(Sims Drive) 지역에서 나온 50명의 의심환자를 조사한 결과 15명이 지카 바이러스에 감염 된 것으로 확인됐다고 29일 밝혔다.이로써 지난 27일 이후 사흘간 이 지역에서 보고된 확진자는 모두 56명으로 늘었다. (123RF)법안은 특별한 사정이 없는 한 여성은 양육비를 대는 남성의 요구에 응해야 한다고 규정하고, 이 남성이 만약 생부가 아니었는데도 양육비를 부담한 것으로 확인되면 생부로부터 길게는 2년간 배상(반환)을 요구할 수 있다고 적시했다. 이번 입법 조치는 지난해 2월 헌법재판소가 생부로 속아서 양육비를 억울하게 부담해야 하는 남성들에 대해 법적 보호를 강화하라고 판결한 데 따른 것이다.법안은 이르면 오는 31일 각의에서 의결되고 나서 연방의회에 제출된다.
