'우유 튀었다고' 동급생 밤새 집단폭행한 중학생들
서울 종암경찰서는 밤을 새워가며 동급생을 집단폭행한 혐의(상해)로 중학생 A군 등 4명을 불구속 입건해 조사하고 있다고 30일 밝혔다.경찰에 따르면 A군 등은 이달 4일 오후 10시께부터 다음날 오전 5시께까지 서울 성북구의 건물 화장실과 골목 등에서 중학생 B군을 마구 폭행해 다치게 한 혐의를 받는다.B군은 버려진 우유갑을 치우다가 A군에게 우유가 튀었다는 이유로 폭행을 당했다고 경찰에 진술했다. A군 등은 폭행 과정에서 B군을 향해 소화기를 뿌리는 한편 담뱃불로 B군의 몸에 흉터를 내기도 한 것으로 전해졌다.경찰은 폭행을 주도한 A군에 대해 구속영장을 신청했지만, 법원은 "증거 인멸과 도주 우려가 없다"며 기각했다.경찰은 A군 등을 상대로 정확한 폭행 경위와 추가 폭행이 있는지 등을 조사하고 있다. (연합뉴스)
