Kakao’s games subsidiary to take controlling stake in Roi Games
[THE INVESTOR] Kakao’s games affiliate NZIN announced on June 23 that it will buy 40.1 percent of Roi Games for 6 billion won (US$5.2 million).The investment will make NZIN the largest shareholder of the Korean games maker. 5 Korean banks named market maker in won-yuan trade
