According to its agency RBW, the new EP based on the theme of summer will be released at 8 p.m. on July 16. It marks the first release for the act since “Yellow Flower” in March.
The two albums are part of the team’s project to commemorate four seasons of the year by depicting them in its own way. Accordingly, the upcoming EP will carry “Mamamoo’s passion that is just like summer,” the agency said.
Coincidently, some of Mamamoo’s most-well known songs including its debut song “Mr. Ambiguous,” “Yes I Am,” and “Um Oh Ah Yeh” had been released in summer.
The quartet made its official debut in 2014, and widely regarded to have one of the strongest vocal prowess among K-pop groups today.
