The man reportedly followed and stopped a truck driver who honked and passed him in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province, around 10 a.m. on Jan. 28. While asking why the driver had horned at him, the suspect reportedly beat him with a wooden sword. He was arrested on the charge of assault.
The victim suffered a tendon rupture in his arm that would take a month to heal completely.
