Police is investigating a report of animal abuse, where a man killed 11 hamsters for being noisy.
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency said Friday that the Korean Animal Welfare Association reported the claim with a video of a man beheading 11 out of 19 hamsters with pincers.

“Recently (some animal related abuses) have received light punishment,” an official from the association said. “Animal abuse, however, could move on to crimes on human, the punishment should be heavy and serious.”
