Participating students receive training in service basics, English, Korean, computer skills and accounting. Asiana Airlines also helps graduates find employment with Korean companies that are operating in Vietnam. Past graduates have found jobs at Korean companies, at supermarkets, clinics and elementary schools according to Asiana.
“We provide practical training that can actually help these women find jobs,” said Oh Keun-nyoung, Asiana‘s executive vice president for corporate support. “We plan to continue providing support so that they can successfully find jobs.”
