Despite the minor injury that spooked K-pop fans on Saturday, it will be business as usual for Wanna One’s teenage heartthrob Lee Dae-hwi.

The K-pop boyband’s agency released a statement on Sunday saying that Lee’s year injury at the 2017 Fever Festival in Seoul the day before was nothing major, and that he will not miss any Wanna One-related events because of it.

YMC Entertainment said Lee’s year was scratched by a fixture of his wireless microphone, which had detached during his performance.

“Lee was moved to the hospital after the event for further treatment. Doctor said that it was a minor scratch, and Lee is currently resting after receiving a tetanus shot,” the agency said Sunday morning.

The singer is expected to appear in the subsequent events, including an autograph session in Gangnam-gu, Seoul later in the day.

Lee’s group Wanna One is a project band comprising of 11 winners from Mnet’s survival-based talent show “Produce 101.”
