[THE INVESTOR] The Financial Supervisory Service has launched a mobile service to provide information on the nation’s financial transaction system, it said on Oct. 17.
The regulator opened the Financial Information Network (FINE) in early September.
It features “integrated services” to provide finance consumers with “complete information” on financial transactions here, especially via major search engines, such as Naver and Daum, according to the FSS.
The new portal, it added, has already drawn more than 110,000 users over the past six weeks.
Reflecting such keen public interest in the web service, the FSS said it opened a mobile version of FINE.
