Hana-SK Fintech to become Hana Financial Group's subsidiary

[DISCLOSURE] Hana Financial Group (086790) announced on Aug. 24 that it has decided to add Hana-SK Fintech, a joint venture with SK Telecom, as its subsidiary. The equity capital is 50 billion won (US$44.52 million) and it owns 51 percent stake of the company.
