Kodi-M to issue W30b in convertible bonds

[DISCLOSURE] Kodi-M (224060) announced Aug. 23 that it plans to issue convertible bonds worth 30 billion won (US$26.8 million) in total and offer them to K-Bio investment association in two phases. 

The firm will first issue convertible bonds worth 20 billion won at a conversion price of 11,936 won and maturity interest rate of 2 percent. The conversion period is from Oct. 21, 2017 to Sept. 21, 2021, and payment is due Oct. 21. 

The issuance of convertible bonds worth 10 billion won will follow with payment due Oct. 28. The rest of the terms will remain the same.
