Daehwa Pharma to invest W4.33b, to wholly own its affiliate

[DISCLOSURE] Daehwa Pharmaceutical (067080) announced on July 26 that it will acquire 866,537 shares of its affiliate Redox Bio at 4.33 billion won (US$3.81 million). This amounts to 7.02 percent of its equity capital and will be done by participating in a capital increase allocated to a shareholder. It will wholly own the bio medical equipment manufacturing affiliate.
