[DISCLOSURE] Miwon Specialty Chemical (107590) reported on July 13 that its operating profit for the second quarter has risen 33.41 percent to 11.17 billion won (US$10.29 million) from the same period last year. Its turnover increased by 8.3 percent to 68.41 billion won.
The company will repurchase and retire 10,000 shares worth 4.3 billion won, it said in a separate statement, adding that it will not affect the total amount of capital.
