[DISCLOSURE] SK Innovation (096770) announced on July 11 that its subsidiary SK Global Chemical is considering a variety of business opportunities including taking over Chinese companies, but does not have any specific plan, in response to Korea Exchange’s inquiry regarding media reports saying it is considering acquiring a stake in China’s Shanghai Secco.
