Unison takes over 50% stake in Jeongam Wind Power from Samsung Heavy

[DISCLOSURE] Unison (018000) announced on July 8 that it has acquired 50 percent stake (470,000 shares) of Jeongam Wind Power from Samsung Heavy Industries (010140) for 2.4 billion won (US$2 million). This amounts to 5.1 percent of its equity capital.
