Samsung Electronics posts US$7b operating profits in Q2, up 17.39%

[DISCLOSURE] Samsung Electronics (005930) reported on July 7 that it has posted 8.1 trillion won (US$ 7 billion) in operating profits and 50 trillion won turnover in the second quarter, 17.39 percent and 3.01 percent increase from the same period last year, respectively.
