[DISCLOSURE] Dae-Il Corporation (092200) will acquire entire stake of its affiliate DIC Global, it announced on July 6. DIC will take over 5,000,994 shares on Aug. 5.
The auto parts maker will sell off its stake in Chinese affiliate Daeil Automotive Parts (Zhangjiagang) for 50 billion won (US$43.2 million) to finance this acquisition, the company announced in a separate statement.
