Korean Air to guarantee US$137.6m loan of PK Air France, to extend investment period

[DISCLOSURE] Korean Air Lines (003490) announced on June 30 that it will guarantee a 159.3 billion won (US$137.6 million) loan of PK Air France, a creditor of its SPC, for advance payment for a B777-200F.
The air carrier will also extend its investment period for purchasing new aircrafts by two years, it said in a separate statement. KAL had announced in 2011 that it will invest 708.9 billion won for 10 CS300 passenger aircrafts by June 30, 2016.
