Korea Western Power to build US$450m solar power plant in Vietnam

[THE INVESTOR] Korea Western Power and Shinsung Solar Energy will jointly undertake a US$450 million solar power project in Vietnam.
According to the memorandum of understanding the two companies signed on June 28, Korea Western Power and Shinsung Solar Energy will build a 300-megawatt solar power station in Dak Nong province in southern Vietnam.
Korea Western Power said that it will use this project to expand further into overseas renewable energy markets.
