MGame sells entire stake of N Media Platform to Nexon Korea

[DISCLOSURE] MGame (058630) will sell its entire stake of N Media Platform (6,407 shares) to Nexon Korea for 3.1 billion won (US$2.6 million), it announced on June 22. This acquisition is part of the online gaming giant’s effort to secure a footing in advertising platform and management solutions for Internet cafes.
