[DISCLOSURE] Global SM Tech (900070) will hold an extraordinary shareholders meeting to discuss IPO of its Vietnamese affiliate, on August 16 in Incheon, the company announced on June 21.
It will close its shareholders’ registry from July 23-27 to determine the shareholders entitled to participate in the meeting, it announced in a separate statement.
