K-pop boy band BTS attracted about 6,000 fans to their 2016 BTS Live “Young Forever on stage: epilogue” Asia Tour concert at the Macau Studio City Event Center on Saturday, the group’s agency Big Hit Entertainment said Monday.
The group’s first concert in Macau garnered great attention from Chinese fans and media, added the agency.
The 6,000 concert tickets sold out immediately after going on sale last month, and Chinese media outlets including TVB, Apple Daily and Next Magazine spotlighted the group’s visit.

In addition to Macau concertgoers, fans from Hong Kong, Taiwan and mainland China also came to the concert, where about 4,000 fans began forming a line two days before the scheduled date.
At the concert, the group performed hit songs including “Fire” and “I Need U,” along with powerful dance moves.
Meanwhile, the group is also scheduled to hold a concert in Nanjing, China on July 2 as part of its Asia tour.
