Lotte Chilsung Beverage signs US$8.7m contract with Lotte's convenience store chain

[DISCLOSURE] Lotte Chilsung Beverage (005300) has signed an optional contract worth 10.2 billion won (US$8.7 million) with Korea Seven, the company announced on June 20. It will hand over 630 million won in cash to secure logistics, and the Lotte convenience store affiliate will purchase its beverages worth 9.7 billion won with cash and promissory note.
