[DISCLOSURE] Wooridul Pharmaceutical (004720) is considering spending 5 billion won ($4.2 million) to acquire shares of other firms but cannot provide any specifics, it said on June 17 in response to an inquiry regarding the drastic changes in its stock conditions. The fund is from the 10 billion won worth convertible bonds the company issued in March.
