South Korean boy band Bangtan Boys made its second listing on a U.S. music chart with its new album, the idol group's management said Wednesday.

The K-pop group, also commonly known by its abbreviated name BTS, took the 107th slot in Billboard's Top 200 Albums with "Hwayangyeonhwa Young Forever" on Tuesday.

The album was released on May 2 as a special album in the two-volume series of Hwayangyeonhwa, after "Hwayangyeonhwa Part 1" and "Hwayangyeonhwa Part 2." The word "Hwayangyeonhwa" means "the most beautiful moments of life."

The listing came about five months after the boy band's first Top 200 Albums listing in December 2015 with "Hwayangyeonhwa Part 2" that was ranked 171.

"At the time, Billboard was impressed that BTS was the first K-pop band to enter its chart without being from a star management behemoth like S.M. Entertainment and YG Entertainment," Big Hit Entertainment said in a press release.

The latest album also snagged the first three slots on the Billboard's world digital song chart with the songs "Fire," "Save Me" and "Epilogue: Young Forever."

In U.S. iTunes, "Hwayangyeonhwa Young Forever" came in No. 8 in the top 100 albums chart, while its video for "Fire" claimed No. 1 on the music videos chart.

At home, album sales of "Hwayangyeonhwa Young Forever" reached 160,000. (Yonhap)
