The Itaewon Global Village Center will be holding a seminar on banking for foreign residents on Saturday, in collaboration with the Industrial Bank of Korea.
Professional bank tellers will attend the seminar to provide information on opening bank accounts, online and phone banking, card services, remittance and foreign exchange.
Also covered will be joint accounts, investment and how to get and use a digital certificate – a form of ID used in online banking and transactions.
After the information session, the tellers will answer questions on banking in Korea.
The session is free and runs from 10 a.m. to noon.
