Singer Se7en on Wednesday officially launched his own label, “Eleven9.”
The agency is situated in the Hongik University area of Seoul.
Se7en officially announced in July that he would establish his own agency. The newly built label aims to cover a wide range of segments including music and acting, while also fostering rookies to become a comprehensive entertainment agency.
“Se7en was involved in many details throughout the construction process. Since the label officially kicked off, he will do his best to develop the company, which will have much influence in an array of fields,” said an official from Eleven9.
The 31-year-old has a long history in the K-pop industry, having made his singing debut in Korea and Japan in 2003 and 2005, respectively. He recently finished a live concert tour in Japan, marking the 10th anniversary of his debut in the country.
Se7en is expected to release an album early next year, according to local news outlets.
Meanwhile, Se7en made headlines last year by breaking up with actress Park Han-byul after a 12-year romantic relationship.
