CJ Cheil Jedang’s online foods store CJ ONMart is looking to target overseas customers in China by launching a Chinese version of its store.
The website, which kicked off on Oct. 10, has put forward CJ’s best-selling products in the beauty, skin care and health categories -- such as Inner B, Defat and BYO Skin Lactobacillus CJLP-133 -- which have been enjoying high popularity among the Chinese.
CJ said it plans to first promote its service with these flagship products and later expand its product lineup to include a variety of frozen foods as well as shorten the delivery period by next year.
In celebration of the website’s launch, CJ is holding a variety of promotional events including offering discounts, coupons and free delivery services until Nov. 10.
