Amway Korea, the Korean unit of the leading U.S.-based direct-sales company Amway, is recruiting undergraduate and graduate university students for its fifth Amway Korea Global Internship Program.

The hiring process includes an initial application screening and a subsequent evaluation that includes a group debate and an interview conducted in both English and Korean.

Those selected will work as Amway Korea interns for eight weeks from June 22 to Aug. 14. Each intern will be assigned to a department according to his or her area of interest and major of study.

In their respective departments, the interns will become a part of and contribute to ongoing projects as well as receive one-on-one career advice from current employees.

The highlight of Amway Korea’s program will be a visit to the Amway headquarters in Michigan. The interns will meet various global internship participants from other countries, conduct joint projects and attend a career fair.

Amway has been running its internship program every year since 2011 under the goal of offering students opportunities to experience what it is like to work at a global company.
