Seoul Global Cultural Center is offering the chance to learn “samulnori,” a type of music for a traditional percussion quartet, in free weekly lessons.
The lessons will run from 3-5 p.m. from March 26 to May 14, ahead of a performance on May 20 at the National Folk Museum of Korea.
Lessons will be at the center, but there will be an orientation at the folk museum on March 19.
Participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
