Millennium Seoul Hilton’s buffet restaurant Cafe 395 is featuring a new market-to-table concept in an attempt to offer premium ingredients to diners. The buffet is offering dishes using premium ingredients such as flat fish sushi and sashimi, blue fin tuna sushi and sashimi, tiger prawn sushi, abalone (both sushi and grilled), foie gras, grilled lobster, Chinese-style sea cucumber and fresh mango. Unlimited drinks are available at the buffet for an additional 18,000 won for lunch and 22,000 won for dinner. The drink selection includes wine, beer, soft drinks and fruit juice.
