The top 20 players out of 70 in the fifth and final round on Sunday earned full-time playing privileges on the LPGA Tour for 2015.
Kim and Jang both finished at seven-under 353.
Jang had the lead going into the final round but stumbled to an eight-over 80 on Sunday to drop back.
Park Ju-young, also a KLPGA member and the younger sister of the two-time LPGA winner Park Hee-young, tied for 11th at five-under, along with amateur Kim Soo-bin, a senior at the University of Washington. (Yonhap)
