Philip Morris Korea said on Monday that it donated vehicles to the Asan branch of the Korea Disabled Veterans Organization, as part of its social responsibility activities. The ceremony for the donation was held at the Veterans Hall in Asan, South Chungcheong Province.
The company said the donated vehicles would be used to take wounded veterans to hospitals and medical centers.
“We hope the donated cars would be of help to the veterans who need to focus on their rehabilitation,” Philip Morris Korea’s corporate affairs director Kim Byung-chul said.
