The 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine with an eight-speed automatic transmission delivers an impressive 286 horsepower. The engine was also named among the 10 best engines by Ward’s Auto magazine.
The car is also the only diesel-powered American premium sedan. The 3.0-liter V6 turbo diesel engine, jointly developed with its strategic partner Fiat, offers a fuel economy of 13.8 kilometers per liter.
Its bold styling with strong lines are still unmistakably American, but has undergone refinement through continuous improvement in recent years.
The spacious interior is also decked out in high-class materials such as leather and wood. Especially, the Nappa leather-trimmed 12-way power adjustable driver and front passenger seats offer the optimized comfort.
The car is also equipped with more than 65 high-end safety and convenience features.
From forward collision warning to rear cross path detection, the SafetyTec package groups together important accident avoidance features.
The standard 8.4-inch Uconnect System is the largest touch screen it its class, while the leather and wood-furnished steering wheel also can be heated.
Celebrating the 10th anniversary of its Korean launch this year, the Korean unit is offering discounts of more than 10 million won ($98,000) for its key trims.
The 3.6-liter gasoline and the all-wheel driver models are now offered at 44.8 million won and 55.8 million won, respectively.
