Conveniently located in the heart of Gangnam, Oakwood Premier Coex Center Seoul offers guests the spaciousness of a private home combined with luxurious 5-star hotel services.

The serviced residence features 280 furnished apartments, including studio apartments with up to four bedrooms, ranging in size from 47 square meters to 227 square meters, as well as regal penthouses as large as 397 square meters. Each residence has separate living, dining and sleeping areas and a fully equipped kitchen.

In addition to a homelike atmosphere, Oakwood Seoul boasts customized hotel services, including 24-hour concierge, security and daily maid services and luxurious state-of-the-art in-room amenities such as a high-definition home entertainment system and in-room steam sauna, laundry and ironing facilities. They have been refitted with veneer wood flooring and dark wood furnishing as well as a refurbished kitchen, laundry rooms and living rooms.

By October 2014, 77 percent of the apartments will have undergone renovation. All of the residences will be fully renovated by October 2015, according to the hotel.

Oakwood Seoul was recently awarded with the Certificate of Excellence for hospitality by TripAdvisor, a major international travel booking and information website.
