The star agency of Seo Tai-ji confirmed on Tuesday that a suspicious woman broke into the garage of the singer’s residence in Pyeongchang-dong, northern Seoul.
“It is confirmed that a woman broke into the garage,” a spokesperson from Seotaiji Company told online news outlet dongA.com.
“This woman was found to have been roaming near (Seo’s) house for over a year, but we need to wait for further investigative results to know if she is a fan.”

The comments came a day after Seo’s wife, Lee Eun-seong, reported to police that a female stranger broke into the garage. Lee tied the knot with Seo back in June 2013, and is currently eight months pregnant.
When Lee drove home and opened the garage to park, the trespasser rushed in through the open door, according to local reports. The frightened Lee reportedly slammed the garage door shut and called the police. The police arrived shortly after and arrested the stranger, who was trapped inside the garage.
The agency is expected to make further announcements as the investigation is finished.
