토익 Part 7에서 가장 많이 출제되는 유형은 편지 글입니다. 편지 글은 (1) 회사 안에서 주고받는 편지 (업무 분담, 마감, 휴가 관련 내용, 건물 사용 및 수리, 사내 행사), (2) 회사 밖에서 주고 받는 편지 (제품 정보나 수리를 요구, 상품이나 서비스에 대한 견적이나 추가 정보 요청, 예약 확인, 할인 행사, 제품 구매 시 서비스 내용, 계약 내용 확정, 불만편지와 답신) 등이 출제되고 있습니다.

Dear Subscriber,

We welcome you to our second edition of The Green Life Newsletter. We hope you will find the topics beneficial. The newsletter will be sent out every month and include articles of the latest health-care news update and profiles of the medical specialists who work here at Keiji Medical Center. Each newsletter will also include the schedule of our new series of complimentary Green Life classes.

“How to improve your health,” the first class, will be held on Monday morning, Sep. 16, in the hall by the main lobby on the first floor of the hospital. The class will begin at 9 a.m. and will last approximately 3 hours with twice 10-minute breaks. Participants should be prepared with casual clothing and an exercise mat. The hall will be open from 8:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. on the day so that you can prepare for or wrap up the class.
