Male ballad duo Fly to the Sky, consisting of singers Brian Joo and Hwanhee, will release its 9th studio album “Continuum” this month, marking its official return to the local music scene in five years.

The 10-track album “Continuum” is slated to be unveiled on May 20 at midnight through various music websites. The new album is the duo’s first album release since its 10th anniversary studio album “Decennium” in 2009.

“Given that each member of Fly to the Sky has largely been establishing his own colors while pursuing independent careers as solo musicians over the past few years, the two particularly took great care to work together in producing the upcoming album,” said the duo’s agency H2media.

“The composers and songwriters who produced the Fly to the Sky’s past hit singles participated in the production of its new album, which is expected to showcase its signature colors as well as fresh sounds.”

Fly to the Sky is scheduled to stage a showcase concert of “Continuum” at Olympic Park’s K-Art Hall on May 20.
