AIMS International, a global executive search and talent management service partnership, began a two-day Asia-Pacific Partners meeting in Seoul Thursday.

AIMS Korea hosted the annual event aimed at strengthening its strategic initiatives to better serve its clients, particularly in the region.

Partner firm representatives from Australia, India, China, Japan, Singapore, Philippines, Korea and Sweden participated in the session.

“Korea, based on its historically unprecedented growth during the past half century and continuing its innovation and globalization efforts will benefit greatly from exploiting much larger and diverse pool of global talents,” Daniel Ekberg, president of AIMS, said.

Incorporated in Vienna in 1992, AIMS is an international executive search organization, represented by over 350 consultants in more than 90 offices in over 50 countries throughout all continents. It was ranked the largest executive search partnership in the world by Search-Consult Magazine.
