Online shopping mall Lotte.com has kicked off its global delivery service, sending products to 19 countries around the world.
More than 700,000 items are expected to be sent to the U.S., China, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and other countries, via Korea Postal’s EMS or DHL.
Those who log on to the website from overseas will see a pop-up window leading to the global service, which is available only with credit cards issued overseas.
“We will analyze the international shipping service usage patterns among customers from different countries to provide tailored services,” Lotte.com spokesman said.
