‘열혈병사’ 장혁 ‘진짜 사나이’ 하차 이유는?

배우 장혁(42)이 연기에 집중하기 위해 MBC 리얼리티 프로그램 ‘진짜 사나이’를 떠난다.

장혁의 소속사 관계자는 한 매체와의 인터뷰에서 현재 준비중인 영화와 ‘진짜 사나이’ 스케줄을 병행하기 어려운 상황이라고 하차 이유를 밝혔다.

장혁은 지난 5월부터 합류한 뒤 ‘열혈병사’라는 별명을 얻을 정도로 군대 생활에 적극적으로 임하는 모습을 보여줬다.

MBC측은 장혁을 대체할 새로운 멤버를 찾고 있으나 현재 결정된 것은 아무 것도 없다며 말을 아꼈다.

‘진짜 사나이’에는 현재 서경석, 김수로, 류수영, 손진영, 샘 해밍턴, 장혁, 박형식이 출연하고 있으며, 장혁은 오는 26일 방송 예정인 번개부대 편을 마지막으로 프로그램에서 하차한다.

Jang Hyuk to quit TV show ‘Real Men’

Actor Jang Hyuk confirmed on Sunday he will leave MBC reality show “Sunday Night: Real Men” to focus on his acting career, his entertainment agency said.

The 42-year-old actor’s last appearance will be in the episode airing Jan. 26 after nine months on the show.

“As Jang Hyuk plans to work on his next film, he decided to leave the program as he can’t do both at the same time,” said an official from the actor’s agency Sidus HQ. The agency did not elaborate on the details of Jang’s next project.

Meanwhile, MBC said that it is looking for a new star to replace Jang but nothing has been confirmed.

“Sunday Night: Real Men” is a reality show depicting seven celebrities spending a week in military units across the country.
