The four-member R&B ensemble Brown Eyed Soul released a digital EP, “Thank Your Soul,” on Thursday, marking the 10th anniversary of their debut.
The album consisting of three songs, “You Are So Beautiful,” “Philly Love Song,” and “Neoreul (You),” ranges from ’70s-style soul and disco to romantic R&B ballads. An electronic-remix of “Philly Love Song” is also on the album. All the songs will be included in the group’s fourth regular album due next April.
Male supermodel Kim Young-kwang and rising star actress Kyung Soo-jin starred in the music video depicting a couple’s love and the subsequent breakup.
Brown Eyed Soul, which released its first album “Soul Free” in September 2003, is one of the few vocal groups that pursue authentic American-style rhythm and blues. The group will hold concerts at Ilsan Kintex in Gyeonggi Province from Dec. 20-25; at Daegu Exco on Dec. 30-31; and at Olympic Stadium in Seoul on Feb. 22-23 next year.
