SK Broadband pursues customers’ happiness

SK Broadband is trying its best to be a new leader in the communications industry, pursuing customers’ happiness, and creating unlimited value in the convergence era.

SK Broadband has created technology trends, first commercializing a high-speed asymmetric digital subscriber line in 1999, and then establishing customized video-based Internet protocol television.

Recently, SK Broadband unveiled its new brand “B” in a bid to increase the competitiveness of its cable service and to improve synergy effects with SK Telecom’s “T.”

For this, we are implementing our unique “customer-care program” to provide more valuable experiences for our customers. This aims at having quality customer services to secure long-term and stable subscribers.

SK Broadband’s customer management efforts led to winning first place in the customer service satisfaction ranking. It was to move clients’ hearts to increase loyalty to the SK brand.

SK Broadband ranked first in the National Customer Satisfaction Index in the areas of high-speed Internet and Internet protocol television. We have also topped both the Korean Standard ― Service Quality Index in terms of high-speed Internet, and Korea Customer Satisfaction Index in the area of IPTV.

We have symbolized these two awards in our commercial to promote that SK Broadband received them because of its customer satisfaction and service quality. The two pieces shown in the commercial are assembled into the shape of the number one to represent the winning of the first place. Besides, we have formed a solid No. 1 image for the continued love from customers.

We appreciate our customers’ consistent support and love, and will do our best to be a company loved by customers and with better services.
