Fall in HE:ON Packages at Lotte Jeju Hotel

Lotte Jeju Hotel is offering packages to get the most out of autumn from Sept. 27 to Nov. 30. The Fall in HE:ON Package offers a night’s stay in the Deluxe Room, breakfast for two, and two complimentary wine-based cocktails. Rates start at 330,000 won per night. For 330,000 won, guests can enjoy the Fall in Wine Package, which features a night’s stay in the Deluxe room, breakfast for two, and two tickets to “Romantic Olle Winery Tour.” The Fall in HE:ON Cabana Package includes two nights in the Superior Lake Room and breakfast for two, and costs 390,000 won per night. Relaxing getaway at Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel

Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel is offering the Make a Wish Package for a relaxing Chuseok getaway from Sept. 13 to 22. Guests will be able to choose from two separate packages, the Deluxe Room Package and the Club Room Package. Priced at 239,000 won, the Deluxe Room Package offers complimentary traditional Korean snacks set up in the room, breakfast at the hotel’s signature restaurant Feast, and more. The Club Room package, priced at 290,000 won, includes a night’s stay in the Sheraton Club Room, complimentary breakfast, evening Happy Hour with beer, wine and snacks, and afternoon tea in the Sheraton Club Lounge. Caviar menu at Conrad Seoul

Conrad Seoul’s 37 Grill & Bar is offering a specially selected caviar menu to celebrate the arrival of fall. 37 Grill & Bar is famous for its premium caviar such as Osetra caviar and blinis, and its Russian pancakes, complete with a variety of condiments like egg white mimosa, yolk mimosa, shallots and chives. The blinis are seasoned with saffron, squid ink, paprika or spinach. A specially selected caviar menu will be available for the price of 99,000 won per person. Guests can also enjoy premium champagnes and vodkas offered at a 15 percent discount when ordered with caviar. The discount applies when ordering Taittinger Réserve Brut Reims, Louis Roederer Premier Brut Reims, Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut AY and Grey Goose vodka. Wine pairing menu at Hyatt Regency Incheon

Hyatt Regency Incheon is launching “All about Wine, Wine Tasting Menu” to celebrate its Award of Excellence from the Wine Spectator’s “Restaurant Wine List Award” for two years straight. The menu, prepared by Italian executive chef Mitele Sbardellini and resident sommelier James Lee, features six courses paired with wines and is available from Sept. 1 to Oct. 31. The menu includes smoked Pyeongchang trout rillettes paired with Spanish sparkling wine Alenya Reserve, mussel bisque with Domaine du Tariquet’s white wine, and pink peppercorn and parsley crusted Australian beef sirloin with Australian wine Son Cabernet Merlot.
