With female K-pop singer after singer making their comeback with a “sexy code,” South Korea‘s music scene is bursting with eye-catching performances.

Four-member girl group Sistar returned to the stage with their latest single “Give It To Me,” showing off dazzling gold and silver outfits resembling those of the divas of “Moulin Rouge.”

The main choreography of the song, dubbed the “touch dance,” where the members tap their own bodies three times, adds to the sexy vibe.

After School, often referred to as “adult idols” for their mature performances, are now tapping into pole dancing.

The eight members of the group, dressed in body-revealing outfits, have generated positive responses from viewers of their video “First Love” about the well-managed combination of the two seemingly unbalanced factors -- pole dancing and the emotional mid-tempo song.

Another mash-up of three genres -- tango, hip-hop and electronic music -- IVY’s new crossover song “I DANCE,” brought another strand of sexiness to the music scene.

IVY, together with Wonder Girls’ Yubin who appears as a guest rapper, dressed in tight see-through dresses on KBS2’s “Music Bank.”

The experimental song is already receiving positive responses for the strong vocals despite the dancing during her performance. The girls have also been praised for their distinctive and seductive charms.

IVY as well as the two girl groups simultaneously appeared on Mnet‘s M Countdown on June 13.
