The hotel’s Noodle at Restaurant 8 offers a “Thai Food Promotion” from May 22 to June 2 with two guest chefs from the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin in Thailand. During the promotion, 29 dishes will be presented including tom yam kung, somtam, pad thai and local Thai foods that are rarely introduced in Korea. The course includes a potato croquette with Hokkaido hairy crab meat, soup of the day, homemade pasta with ghitarra (a special pasta cutting instrument) topped with the hairy crab meat, pan-fried ocean trout, beef cheek steamed in cabernet sauvignon, and desserts.
