There are two ways of getting out of this tight situation. One is the silent approach without drawing attention from people nearby, and the other is to aggressively stand against the opponent causing commotion.
Try not to panic when an opponent is up close to you and take a step away to make some room between the opponent and you.
2. Block the opponent from coming closer to you using your elbow by pointing it toward the opponent while turning your body to the side at the same time as show in Picture 2. You can use even more force by using your free hand to support the elbow that is blocking the opponent.
Women will often turn their eyes away to avoid eye contact with the opponent in a situation like this but staring straight into the eyes is a sign of warning that is recommended. Ask for help from nearby passengers if the opponent ignores your warning and continues to approach you.
