Rookie groups D-Unit, Big Star and Exid have announced their plans for an end-of-the-year special collaboration concert, titled “The Bugs Show Vol. 1.”
The three-member hip-hop girl group D-Unit released their debut album “Welcome to Business” in August. The trio has since released their latest title track “Luv Me,” trying to display a stronger and more independent side of women.
Big Star is a five-member electro-pop boy band that debuted in July with their single “Bigstart,” featuring title dance track “Hot Boy.” The boys released the group’s second EP album in October and their newest dance single, “I Got the Feeling,” in November.
The five girls of EXID first made their debut back in February with the group’s first single, “Holla.” The group is under the label of prominent producer and songwriter Shinsadong Tiger. In October the girls released their latest single, “Every Night,” which was written and composed by group member LE and Shinsadong Tiger.
The three groups will perform at the Hongdae V-Hall on Dec. 22. The show will also include guest appearances by Dok2, The Quiett, Electroboyz and others.
